Godzilla:How the bomb became a beast?

In this essay, Godzilla is used as a representation of second world war where Japan was fighting against the US. The movie named Godzilla was made as a reflection of death, destruction, and demoralization of the Japanese people after their participation in second world war in the atomic age. The movie was also about the psychological recovery of a people trying to rebuild their cities, their culture, and their lives threatened by radioactive fallout. The ones who have watched this movie should be able to easily understanding its subtle anti-American tone and dissertation of destruction. It is also mentioned that if there was no bombing in Hiroshima, Godzilla might never have existed. It was a warning about a newly christened crisis, which has not been appreciated and this legacy should never be forgotten.The nuclear bomb had been one-increased by the nuclear bomb, and it appeared as though the pattern could just proceed on upwards, endlessly.

I believe this is the highlight of this essay because of the creativity of a person the whole world got a chance to witness the life at that time in Japan. It was not only entertaining to see but also conveyed a deep message that such bombing are very devastating and it should not be happening from now on. He made the whole world realize that atomic weapon and nuclear weapon might destroy the entire universe and if that happens then living beings wont exist. He used correct materials that could well represent the actual bombing. Such materials made this a masterpiece. Even the scene, people, elements that were added to this movie to make it more intense. By just watching the movie, we can easily feel the environment of Japan in mid 190’s. To sum up, it represents the danger of man’s tampering with atomic and nuclear power which never should be underestimate.
